Bakra Eid special recipe of Dum Ka gosht in English and Urdu, Easy to make Recipe for beginners.

Ingredients

Beef boneless : 1/2 kg
Sesame seeds: 1/2 tsp
Zeera : 1/2 tsp
Poppy seeds : 1/2 tsp
Coconut : 1 tbsp
Grind above Masala

Marinate beef with
Yogurt : 3/4 cup
Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
Degi chilli powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Papaya paste : 1-2 tbsp
Nutmeg n mace Powder mix : 1/4 tsp
All spice powder : 1/2 tsp
Grinded Masala
Lemon juice: 2 tbsp (optional)

Leave overnight or at least for 4 hours

At time of Cooking,
Heat 1/4 cup oil
Add 1 medium onion chopped
Fry till brown
Add marinated meat
Cook on high flame for 2 min
Add half cup water, it's optional
Cover and cook on slow flame
Till oil floats on top
Give dum (smoke) of coal
Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves
